We continually aim to incorporate better and safer working practices throughout our operations and to ensure that all our employees and subcontractors have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and accountabilities for the environment and Health & Safety.
We are committed to ensure the highest standards in Health and Safety, for our Employees and Sub-Contractors, from the start of the building process on site until you move in, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Wok etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, the Construction(Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Our Safety Management Policies detail the responsibility of safety matters at all levels of management and is available to all Employees and Sub-Contractors working for the Companies. Our H&S is reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that all changes in legislation are incorporated and that our procedures and their implementation remain effective.
Site Managers are responsible of ensuring safe working practices throughout the building phase and make sure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Plan is followed.
